The factory covers an area of about 70 acres, with a plant building of about 46,000 square meters, more than 420 sets of main production equipment, 12 automatic production and testing lines, and 135 sets of main test equipment. The annual production capacity of single-phase meters is 19.53 million units, and the annual production capacity of three-phase meters is 1.45 million units.In 2019, it was rated as a national demonstration enterprise for the deep integration of industrialization and information technology and passed the certification of the two-chemical integration management system. The process automation rate reached 90%, the process data collection rate reached 99%, the process pass-through rate was greater than 99%, the production efficiency improvement rate was optimized by 45%, and the comprehensive energy utilization rate was optimized by 8%. It is fully equipped with digital smart factories. The production line information and data collection and manufacturing process equipment are fully automatic, and the data platforms of national and South Grid customers are interconnected.

The company has built a 6,000-square-meter factory in Angola, Africa, covering an area of 22 acres, and an overseas production base with an annual output of 200,000 electric energy meters.
